How Do I Order?
Place an order through our online shop & select your delivery preference at check out. Our regular delivery days are Tuesday and Friday, one-off themed boxes will have their own separate delivery option date. Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
If you would like to collect your order please contact us first to arrange a date and time.
If you would like to order for a specific Tuesday or Friday in the future that is not listed then please add this request by clicking the "Add Note" button in your shopping cart and entering your requested date.
How Do I Pay?
Payment is via our website at point of checkout.
What Are The Cut Off Times For Ordering?
You must order by 12pm on Sunday for delivery on Tuesday and by 12pm on Wednesday for delivery on Friday.
Our special themed boxes (such as for Christmas, Valentines Day etc.) will have separate delivery dates and ordering cut off points which will be advertised on their shop page.
What If There's A Product I Want That You Don't Stock?
If there's something you'd really like but don't see please contact us and we will endeavour to accommodate. The shop will be ever evolving so we welcome your suggestions of what you would like to see.
Is Your Packaging Environmentally Friendly?
We've carefully sourced our packaging to ensure that it is all recyclable and or compostable. Sustainability is important to our company and a big part of our ethos.
When & Where Do You Deliver?
We delivery on Tuesdays & Fridays roughly within a 17 Km radius of our unit in Staplehurst - TN12 0QY. Please get in touch if you are unsure if you fall within our delivery zone.
What Are Your Delivery Charges?
Collection from our unit is free of charge.
Orders over £30.00 receive free delivery.
Orders under £30.00 incur a £10.00 delivery fee.
What If I Don't Know If I Will Be In On Delivery Day?
We will be delivering between 9am - 5pm on delivery days. If you don't know whether you will be in we suggest selecting to collect your order or arranging for us to leave with a neighbour as fresh produce will not be able to be left in a safe place. The day before your delivery our drivers will attempt to contact you to provide you with an estimated delivery window.
How Does Delivery Or Collection Take Place?
Delivery is non-contact. Our drivers will place your order on the doorstep and then step back after knocking or ringing.
If your order contains alcohol our drivers will carry out an age verification check in line with our age verification policy if required.
Collection is also non-contact. Once parked outside our unit at your pre-arranged time please call us on 0333 6000 565 / 07841 582 171 and press option 3. We will come and place your order in the boot of your car.

What About Dietary Requirements?
We can cater for most dietary requirements but we may require additional notice. Please contact us on either 0333 6000 565 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss any requirements you may have.
