To Start 

 

Celeriac Velouté – almond milk – pickled wild mushroom- Ashmore cheddar scones (V) (can be made Vegan)

 

Pork & Wild Mushroom Terrine – cornichons – poultry gel – truffle butter – sourdough toast

 

Heritage Beetroot Cured Salmon – potato salad – lemon yogurt – caviar – radish discs – sourdough toast

 

Mains to Share

 

Classic Grass-fed Beef fillet Wellington – mushroom duxelles – Parma ham - squash puree – red wine jus

 

Whole Baked South Coast Sea Bass – tarragon, shallot & parsley butter – roasted spiced cauliflower, toasted almonds

 

Caramelised Shallot Tart Tatin – white onion gravy – red onion & balsamic marmalade – artichoke crisps (Vegan)

 

All served with pomme fondants x2, creamed grain mustard leeks, roasted root vegetables, tender stem broccoli &

kale medley (all sides can be made vegan)
