PLEASE NOTE - the maximum shelf life of this product will be 4 days, including the day of delivery. Suitable for home freezing.

Can be eaten cold. 
To reheat whole lobster, wrap it in heavy duty aluminium foli and place and a baking tray belly side up. Add a nob or two of butter to the foil wrap to keep the lobster moist and reheat for 5-10 mins in a preheated oven at 175C - 350F.
