Garlic Mushrooms – button mushrooms slowly braised in garlic butter, finished with double cream & parsley, brioche & herb crust (V)


Tomato & Mozzarella Salad – Mixed Heritage tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, basil oil, onion croutons (V)


Beetroot Cured Salmon – Loch Duarte salmon cured with beetroot, dill crème fraiche, pickled cucumber, mixed salad


Prawn Cocktail – Atlantic prawns bound in Bloody Mary sauce, gem lettuce, paprika, lemon squeeze


Pulled Ham Hock & Wild Mushroom Terrine - apple & date chutney, chornichons

All served with mini tin loaf & English butter
